The company helps educators, families, and students understand, measure, and improve the cognitive skills they need to succeed in school, career, and life.

Executive function skills are critical to managing daily life tasks such as completing homework, making complex decision and adapting to new situations. Given the increasingly complex and rapidly changing that students find themselves in today, EF skills have never been more critical to ensuring, academic, life and career success.

Reflection Sciences was founded by Drs. Stephanie M. Carlson and Philip D. Zelazo, both internationally recognized leaders in the study of executive function and professors at the Institute of Child Development of the University of Minnesota. In an educational era that has too often been dominated  by rote memorization and teaching to the tests, Struggly is focused ensuring that students have the deep enduring skills and confidence needed to not only be successful in math but also in life.
